OHIO CRIMINAL LITIGATION

State of Ohio v. Arnold
Not Guilty: Client was charged with 2 counts aggravated robbery, 4 counts kidnapping, 1 count aggravated burglary, 2 counts felonious assault (all with 1 and 3 year gun specifications) along with 1 count having a weapon while under disability and carrying a concealed weapon.

State of Ohio v. Barkley
Case Dismissed at Close of State’s Case: Client was charged with attempted murder, 2 counts aggravated burglary, felonious assault and having a handgun while under disability.

State of Ohio/City of Cleveland Heights v. Bonk
Not Guilty: Client was charged with 1 count domestic violence against his wife.

State of Ohio v. Clark
Not Guilty: Client was charged with 1 count aggravated burglary, 2 counts aggravated robbery, 2 counts kidnapping, 1 count receiving stolen property and 1 count failure to comply with an order of a police officer all with 1 and 3 year gun specifications.
